JAMMU – KATRA –VAISHNO DEVI – JAMMU

DAY 01: ARRIVE JAMMU – KATRA

Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and drive to Katra. The distance is about 50 kms, will be covered in about 2 hours, upon arrival in Katra you will be transferred to the hotel. Katra is the starting point for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Overnight in hotel

DAY 02: KATRA – VAISHNO DEVI KATRA ( NO TRANSPORT  )

Early in the morning we proceed further to visit the Holy temple of Vaishno Devi. This temple is situated on the top of the hill. To visit this temple one has to hire a pony or travel by foot. From Katra the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage is about 12 kms. After visiting the temple we return back to Katra the same day. Overnight in hotel

DAY 03: DEPARTURE FROM JAMMU

After breakfast transfer to Jammu  airport for onward flight

DAY  : SRINAGAR – DOODHPATHRI – SRINAGAR

Satiate yourself with liplicious breakfast and pack your bags for more fun and more exciting day. Leave for the famous and exotic places of Kashmir; Doodhpathri. Doodhpathri at an altitude of 8, 957 ft above sea level is an alpine valley covered with snow clad mountains and the meadows of Pine Fir and Deodar. Enjoy the lunch at JKTDC restaurant. Mesmerised with the beauty return back to Srinagar for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

• Optional tour charges to be paid directly by the guest (if availed)
• Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs (Without Bed only) & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.  The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon) 
• Clients staying on Meal Plan CP, MAP, and AP fined menu/buffet will be provided. There will not be choice of menu.
• The package prices are subject to change in case of any revision in the hotel accommodation tariffs/any hike in the transport cost (including fuel hike) or in case of any addition tax levied by government of state Jammu & Kashmir

In Pahalgam:

Sightseeing of Chandanwadi, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley are not included. If one wishes to visit the same, they can hire a taxi directly at Pahalgam taxi on their own. 

In Gulmarg: 

The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Gulmarg or at your hotel and from there onwards one has to walk or can go by ponies on direct payment for local sightseeing in Gulmarg. 

In Sonmarg:

The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonmarg and from there onwards one has to walk up to Thajwas or one can go by ponies on direct payment. (Route is closed during Heavy Snowfall) 

In Katra :

Sightseeing of Shiv khori is not included , if one wishes to visit the same it will at additional.

Important Note:

Please be informed due to transport Union in Jammu .Private cars are not allowed to enter Jammu railway station / airport premises. Client has to come out from Jammu railway station / airport by his own and our car will be half a kilometre away from the Jammu railway station / airport. Our driver / representative will coordinate with guest and will advice pick up point to the guest accordingly.

Please share this information with the client well in advance for smooth transfers.

TRANSPORT:

• For 02- 06 Pax we use Non A/C Indica / Tavera.
• For 08 to 10 Pax we use 01 Non A/c Tempo Traveller.
• Non A/C Innova will be on Disposable Basis & Last day will be only drop.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Kashmir only post paid cellular connection will work on roaming.
• Reach airport prior to 3 hours of your departure due to security reasons/checking.
• Before travelling visit weather forecast to get well informed which clothing to carry howsoever we advice to keep heavy woollens for winters and light woollens for summers.

• If you are staying in houseboats ask for mobile no. of houseboat attendant or your local tour coordinator and call him before reaching to Srinagar so that he can arrange Shikara for crossing well in advance
• If any additional cost asked by driver during the tour please coordinate to your local tour representative before giving any cash
• It is always advisable to follow the timings provided by your tour coordinator/ Driver to experience hassle free travel
• Follow the hotel timings for your breakfast & Dinner, we shall not be responsible.
• Always carry your Travel documents / Hotel Confirmation for the smooth check in at Hotel/ Houseboat.

CANCELLTION POLICY:

• 25% before 15 days from date of arrival.
• 50% before 7 days from dated of arrival 
• 75% within 7 days from date of arrival 
• 100% within 48 hours from date of arrival.
